As Chief Legal Officer at Vena, Le is responsible for shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of Vena's legal function. Her role involves not only advising on legal and regulatory matters but also acting as a strategic business partner to advance key company initiatives and growth strategies.
With a diverse legal background spanning corporate, gaming and technology law, as well as the public and private sectors, Le has demonstrated adaptability and leadership throughout her career. She began her legal career practicing corporate, securities and M&A law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. She later served as legal counsel for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, where she played an instrumental role in supporting resort casinos and launching the OLG's Internet gaming business. Le also led the legal function of the Canadian subsidiary at CDW, a Fortune 500 company and leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions.
Since joining Vena in 2020, Le has built and scaled the legal function from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in transformative initiatives, including Vena's global expansion into India. Her collaborative approach and strategic insight have been instrumental in driving Vena's success.
Le holds a law degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and learning about all things generative AI.
