As Chief Operating & Customer Officer, Tina is responsible for ensuring the organization is fully aligned to execute our strategic plan, which ultimately focuses on delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience.
Tina is a highly collaborative leader with extensive cross-functional experience in the Financial Services and Information Technology industries. She has held senior leadership roles in Customer Service, Strategy and Communications, Product Management, and Operations with a Canadian and North American scope. Most recently, Tina led the Canadian Sales Planning and Operations team at Apple Canada. She is a huge sports enthusiast and especially enjoys watching her kids’ sporting events.
