Here’s to kicking off 2021 with two top honors, thanks to our customers.
We’re extremely grateful for starting off the year by receiving two awards in the categories of Best Feature Set and Best Customer Support from TrustRadius. These awards highlight companies with outstanding feature sets and support that have gone above and beyond to meet the growing demands of today’s users. Not only are these wins a testament to Vena’s mission to deliver best-in-class solutions, they also reinforce our people-first mentality. We never downplay the value of feedback and need for continuous improvements, so to be awarded these achievements driven by customer reviews is an honor.

Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category in terms of what percentage of positive responses they earned this year. Additional vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team. We’re truly honored and grateful that over 100 Vena customers gave us their feedback in 2020.
